If I may second that DAAAAMMMMMMNNNNN

YOU TAKE THAT BACK! Sorry, that was irrational. Rent was such a huge part of my high school theatre kid experience I am incapable of looking at it critically.

Considering they just said Alexa Vega isn't that clothed in this movie and in the context of Spy Kids he's supposed to be her uncle, I really hope not.

Emily Watson?

Centuries of practice?

Because its a really terrible book. Terrible for being both very badly written, almost entirely cobbled together from other stories, and about an abusive relationship that the author doesn't realize she's written

I think twinkle is the best way of putting it. It would ever occur to me until he said it that he was supposed to be humorless. Maybe Von Trapp was written that way, maybe he was that way in real life, but  that's not how he played it at all. In my mind that part is defined by these barely detectable breakthroughs of

We were pro Affleck for about a week or so, weren't we? One Batman casting and he's back to being the guy who did Daredevil and Pearl Harbor.  It's annoying.

He didn't use to…

Oh yeah, because he goes back to (I don't remember her name, the one from Spaced) and absolutely expects to whisk her away to the Tardis and has this look on his face like "Why would she say no now that I'm awesome again?" and she just says "You can go"

Yeah, that's some Twilight Zone stuff happening there. Midnight, I mean.

Yeah, I think the most interest part in this remake is how you transplant this story to a place where the cartels are a little more unavoidable.

It kind of irked me that Walt sort kinda "won" But seeing as how they had effectively already done the dying slowly with no family where no one knows his name end that I actually wanted for him and done it very well, I supposed it had to go somewhere else for the real finale. And I'm happy that place was Jesse saying

I LOVE THE PUMPKINS I know they're like the same candy but you can only get them in the fall therefore they taste better.

Congratulations! Adelaide is such a pretty name.

Our house is being slowly consumed by spider webs (every door, every window, right over the garbage cans. We'll knock that one down and a new one will be there a day later) so we're all set.

Why how old is he?

In reaction to "this isn't personal" I really appreciated the comeback to that from You've Got Mail "What you're really saying is, it wasn't personal to you. But it was personal to me. It's personal to a lot of people"

I think he's absolutely going to prison, but after everything he's survived jail will be a piece of cake. The point is he's away from Walt and can start putting himself back together.

As a theatre geek, I'm already annoyed because this seems pretty miscast. Though, I like the idea of Chris Pine as Cinderella's prince…assuming he can actually sing.
