Oh hell yeah, still pretty in love with Sam Beckett.
Oh hell yeah, still pretty in love with Sam Beckett.
When I was an 11 year old watching Jurassic Park he read pretty cheesy to me and apart from a few moments in Independence Day I didn't really find him at all sexy until like last year when I happened to watch The Fly and Earth Girls are Easy within a couple days of each other. I have to say, watching the 3D rerelease…
And instead: Bob Benson in those tight shorts. Ha!
The visual of Joan drinking out of those same coffee cups he's been offering to everyone was quite awesome. And he's just standing there thinking "Yes! Caught one!"
Yeah, I'm realizing that I've never been on Abe's side. I pretty much wrote him off right in the beginning when he basically said "Oh yeah, lets have a civil rights march for girls, peggy, that would be hilarious" Uh, we already have done that Abe, and will again very soon.
Oh yeah, I've always thought Henry was hot. I've been wondering if I'm the only weirdo that thinks the way he was introduced was pretty sexy.
And a great pretty guy
My mom was saying recently that all she heard on the radio in the 70s in Iowa was country and really boring pop.
The Bracebridge thing bugs me so much. They keep talking about it being an authentic 19th century meal, and everyone involved is talking/dressed like they were at ren faire. So yes, Paris, I did notice the anachronisms.
I may watch along with, since I've seen only two episodes of that entire series.
I love that Peggy's response was basically "Wow, you made a speech. Have you done any actual work?"
1. I appreciate that almost every time I've seen or read that scenario in fiction it is shown as something that the man considers to be a violation of some kind, even if he doesn't outright call it rape or abuse from his father.
"I'm feeling a lot of emotions, too" Shocking that line didn't work, creepy robot Don
I'm going back and forth on the flashback thing. On one hand, I'm inclined to feel that it is too simple of an explanation (then again, I've never studied child psychology, maybe it isn't too simple) for the man Don made himself into. On the other hand it was so telegraphed that that's where the flashbacks were headed…
Well yeah, Don actually says "When I look at Nixon, I see myself" in the first season.
Also, the line about the beard "Women always say that…but they don't act like it" So freaking hot.
I see that now, sorry for getting a bit defensive.
Was any of that actually directed at me, or….
No respect for our goram language
How long does it take to plan a Joffrey wedding anyway?
