I cannot stress enough how unfunny I think this show is. Every boomer I know (parents, in-laws) cannot BELIEVE I don't love this show because "you like nerdy things and star trek."

I think it's fair to say I am only watching this show for Russell Edgington. The promise of his return was what brought me to this season after that last disaster called season 4. Props to making Lafayette awesome again.
