yeah I get that, but if you were interested in it why would you want to see the opinions of people like Rife who come off as politically informed as me

yeah but its always some dumb stores in illinois and what good does that do apples, nothing

plus someone said something mean about katie crutchfield's hair in the music article today and I just can't keep looking at it

yeah but in my defense I'll comment anywhere because I don't want to do my job

I don't think I've ever in the past been the one to complain about the AV Club's political coverage, but, live blogging this…. why?

I'd never listened to them before, but they made a fan for life out of me with that set. It felt like an actual, chaotic, circus event.

Is it the shift from sad to the quick burst of peppiness in the chorus? Or is it just the actual melody of the chorus you dislike? I actually love the tonal shift and the briefness of the chorus, it really sells it for me.

Store is so impossibly sad, and maybe I'm just projecting my own personal feelings on to it, but it fucking kills me every time. Just thinking about it is making me e•mo•tion•al.

I've seen modest mouse twice, they're my absolute favorite band, and each time they were great but their opening bands blew them away. Man Man the first time (who were fucking incredible and me and my friend still talk about it ten years later) and then Brand New.

that Mount Kimbie song is cool, I need more Micachu in my life

how dare you

Uhhh Store is the best song

All summer mixes are legally required to begin with Polaris' "Hey Sandy", end with the Beta Band's "Dry the Rain" and must include the ultimate summer song somewhere in the middle: Lambchop's "Your Fucking Sunny Day" (there is no argument to this song, it is the greatest summer song ever made)

Oh no his cans of soup will be ruined

So it sounds like they got a hold of something by luck that had a bunch of TV episodes on it, shot their load on OITNB and now are just sort of… scraping the barrel of whatever they have left.

yes

change is good everything must change and everything is good

Worse than confusing Kurt Vile and Jay Raetard together, I have always ignored Thee Oh Sees because their name reminded me of 3OH3 whenever I would say it in my head

Inscrutable!
