When has Maher ever done that? I've seen him do the opposite plenty of times - petulantly referencing back to something a panelist has said earlier, saying they're wrong, I've never seen him go "you know what, you have a point there".

Torrenting. Hiiiiighly illegal ofcourse, but extremely effective.
I thought PFT's bit was pretty terrible.
Although they are different beasts, I'd say Alien does something much more interesting with the source material. Alien wins with me over Aliens hands down.
Shut uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuup.
One of my biggest bugbears in podcasting is when comedians start complaining about comments on the internet. It'll happen at the drop of a hat, and when it does you know the next five to ten minutes will be the exact same bitching you have heard a million times before ("..if I wasn't a comedian, I would neeeeeever say…
I find her characters to be so incredibly boring. There's nothing there to immediately grab you, let alone something to develop.
They were all fucking awful, on that episode. Really cringeworthy.
So… fucking.. LOUD!
I know, I'm so embarrassed!
He's a great storyteller, and the podcast really captures the fact that he's actually a sweet, funny guy, which generally isn't how he is perceived to be.
Adomian's characters tend to be comedy black holes, sucking everthing else into them (and I don't necessarily mean that negatively, I like Adomian, but he tends to get a bit overexited and then takes over.)
It's weird. She's incredibly funny on Blastoff, really playful and almost giddy at times! I've only started listening to PB in the last month or so (binging on older episodes), and I'm really surprised at how different she is.
Yeah, I was disappointed in the depiction of the world. Dredd's world is so much fun because of all its over-the-topness, its loopy satire. The film clearly didn't have the budget to depict much of it, but then they sort of omitted it completely, which felt like a shame. Basically, the insanity of Mega City One is…
I stopped listening to Nerd Poker over a year ago, I think. I was a huge fan, but then Blaine took over and it went to shit.. which I'm not blaming Blaine for, btw, more that their set-up for the new campaign/storyline was terrible and half-assed, and it couldn't recover from it.
Your unsettling anti-pathologising stance is extremely common in people who went to boarding school.. I bet you don't even notice you're doing it!
Why do you keep listening to Smith's podcasts? You seem to hate them, yet can't stop talking about them.
And I'd like to finally know why the LA cityscape keeps farting great honking plumes of fire into the atmosphere.
Her first film filled me with rage.
Jesus Christ, I can't express how much I love the News Quiz.
