I always saw his "Road Trip" character as just an average-Joe-college guy, enjoying a beer and/or joint at a party, but nothing more than that. Actually, that's a part of the movie that felt off to me, Meyer's character. Not that he's bad in it or anything, just that I had always associated him with stoner, skater

Given how cranky Dan Hedaya is throughout the whole thing, I always thought that "You divorce wives. Not children." bit was one of the sweetest lines in the whole movie.

I like the way they think.

Well, yeah, this is America.

"Yes, Elton?"

"I have asked you repeatedly not to call me woman!"

You joke, but I would buy the shit out of that DVD.

I dunno. "Road Trip" and "Rat Race" have their moments. Or, at least they certainly did when I was 13. I haven't exactly made a point to revisit them.

I know you're making a funny, here, but I'm wondering if you're not also right on the money.

@Scrawler2:disqus, I picked up a copy of "The Tiger's Wife" not too long ago and couldn't quite crack it. It wasn't even a matter of difficulty or dislike - something about it just wasn't working. I agree with Hipster. We can spend lots of time talking about the many, many faults of "Daredevil."

"Daredevil" is a mediocre comic book movie. No better, no worse.

You do yourself a warm favor by continuing to not see that movie.

Agreed with @avclub-63706c2231765ca840e9a60a76fae00a:disqus. Happy that he said that. The rest of you just sound like a bunch of prissy little high school cu-cunts.

Now, I eat success for breakfast! With skim milk.

That's a sharp way to put it, with significantly less words than I used, so good on you. I'm sure that I would have different feelings on the movie, better or worse, had I not spent my formative years in the city in which it's set.

Big ol' douche. And that movie has aged terribly.

There's a terrific extra feature on the "School of Rock" DVD that explains how they were able to get the rights to the Zeppelin song.

"'Neo-McCarthyism', I like that!"
