If I wanted to start watching Happy Endings, do I need to start with the first season? I heard it wasn't great and the show got much better in the following seasons.

Ehh I may be in the minority but I thought Jason Street was the weakest character on FNL. Even though he was doing crazy things that I won't spoil for you, I found the majority of his scenes incredibly boring.
