I was going to bring that up, but realized that Tracy, being black, was in on it (and as an actor too).  THIS however (Black Swan), was two white people doing it on their own without a black person's okay or being part of it.  That's pretty out their if you think it was aired on a primetime sitcom.

I think because of being awarded the Mark Twain prize and being a woman in a male dominated profession all  media critics know they  just can't touch Tiny Fey.  Perhaps she's got carte blanche.
