Just to clarify some of what @avclub-13d7df3c17502af69aafccc758195f96:disqus said:
I can't decide if Blair Redford was actually better in this episode, or if I'm just projecting emotion onto him to stave off my usual fury with his performance. Either way I'm here for Ty's stanning for Ke$ha.
And now I miss Everwood.
Tyler Posey is only 21, and was 19 when the show started. I don't think it's that huge of a stretch.
I know! It's like these kids have never seen Roswell.
Now that you mention it it did shock me how it was implied that, outside of making out, Bay had little sexual experience.
It shouldn't amaze me that we got a storyline about a young woman losing her virginity that wasn't overwrought, detrimental to her mental or emotional health (at least I hope it won't be) nor hyper-sexualized. Bay's anxiety was normal but not over the top. Fingers crossed there's no "Now you're a woman" crap coming…
That depends on whether they're in Missouri or Kansas.
While I actually thought their last scene was sweet, I couldn't help but think, "Him?"
Or they could have tied his hands behind his back. SIMPLE SOLUTIONS PEOPLE.
What I would like to know is, if everyone in the tribe is dead, and Warlow peaced out, who raised Niall?
Apparently one of the portmanteaus for this coupling is "Jennerek" which I find hilariously apropos.
I don't hate Monk too much, but I am frustrated by everyone's acceptance of his presence. People should not stigmatize Bea for having psychological issues, but realistically I believe they would react more to a rude, foul mouthed puppet in their face. I was actually looking forward to seeing Bea dealing with life…
Four things:
I didn't mind that the episode shoe-horned Emmett in because I enjoyed it so damn much. Makes me even less excited to return to the Ty story line next week.
I stopped watching the season after they introduced the all-star dancers (a change I just hated) so I'm just popping in to ask if they've finally done away with that.
Maybe I'm just spending too much time in the fandom, but this show brings out the shipper in my like nothing else. I'll be beyond pressed if nothing comes of the Isaac/Scott living/pack situation (it seems clear to me that, while not the Alpha, Scott is above Isaac and Boyd in the pack). At least an awkward moment…
I'm not trying to imply that they are the same thing. Not at all. They are however, instances when both men were prompted by their relationships to alter how they, as Deaf people, interacted with the world. At least as far as we can tell. Emmett's dad may have other, unspoken motivations. But you're right. Perhaps…
I'm curious to see how the incident at the end of the episode is going to affect John and Regina's relationship in the future. It doesn't erase their past issues but I wonder if they'll finally accept the fact that they are family.
