Looked like an AKS-74U to me.  Probably cost two to three grand.  Kentucky really has no gun laws to speak of.

It should've been an A episode but it kind of mishandled all of the big moments.  Not disastrously so, but it was still disappointing.

I find it so bizarre that the NHL hasn't made visors mandatory yet.  It's one of those situations where it's just blatantly obvious that people fifty years from now will think is ridiculous.

Rewatching Party Down has made me reflect upon how lame it is that The Office was imitated more in visual presentation than in tone.

As totally meaningless and arbitrary as it is, I love letter grading.  Brings me satisfaction for some reason, and I don't even complain about grades.

Seriously though, this episode's weird obsession with Nazis makes me think this guy wrote it.

One of the things I liked about "Foosball and Nocturnal Vigilantism" was that it stayed well away from hacky jokes about Nazis.  The jokes were aimed at elements of modern Germany, which is miles away culturally from the Third Reich.

It escapes me at the moment, but I swear Charlie has said something very similar to Dee.

That's my favourite DT bootleg.  I was the first person to upload it to youtube, in fact.

Ugh, I hate that song.

Most important similarity: they both feature copious amounts of nudity courtesy of Carice van Houten.

I think a firm "no" (or "yes", as problematic as that might be) is infinitely preferable to what has happened in the last two seasons, where the writers essentially tried to have their cake and eat it with respect to shippers.  They gave the two plenty of time to make lovey-dovey faces at each other and meaningful,

Ok, having gone through a bunch of Verhoeven recently, I've noticed a lot of similarities between him and Martin's type of storytelling (and to a lesser extent, Tarantino), as well as content, and the way their art has been perceived.  No spoilers in this post.

Opinion: the works of Paul Verhoeven are very similar, stylistically, to the A Song of Ice and Fire books.  In awesome ways.

I'm partial to the title of 304.

Yep.  Two (unfortunately) very similar things about Parks and Community right now is that the writing is seemingly oblivious to any of its character's flaws, and treats them being self-centered assholes as endearing.  Then they throw some meaningless platitudes into the third act, and wrap a nice big ribbon on

Most of the episode titles for season 3 of Game of Thrones have been released.  They make me really excited.  I really hope this season is unfuckupable.
