It's a great episode for two acts, and then kind of falls apart in the third.

D.
Yeah, he hasn't been treated well this season either. His blind spot towards Carrie has become more of a blind black hole, which is quite different from the way he was portrayed in the pilot.

What a fucking mess. I've never seen a show deep-six itself like this. There were only two redeeming things about this episode:

That finale of Homeland was an embarrassing trainwreck. Holy shit, what a fucking mess. I've never seen a show deep-six itself like that. It was like the decline of Battlestar Galactica in like 6 episodes.
Damn, Air Canada. You seriously impressed me with your in-flight entertainment service. A legitimately great collection of movies, both new and old, with no silly content restrictions (although I do wonder what the people behind me thought of Kill Bill).
I believe that Glazomania: Redux will show that season 3 is veeery overrated.
It aired two episodes more than Girls. Four more than Veep.
I don't agree with it, but a lot of critics do like Modern Family.
I keep myself to less than 50 facebook friends. Being my facebook friend is an honour you have to earn, and maintain.
Yeah, the way they kill off the one evil dude is really funny in its terribleness. They use the previous thirty minutes to set him up as this incredibly skilled, basically unkillable guy. Then he goes into a skid on his bike and crashes head first into a concrete pillar. It's like the writers just decided to call…
I have yet to see it, as I am in the midst of an 18 hour odyssey home.
I posted about The Bourne Legacy a week or so back. It's very, very, very, average, but it's competent in its dullness. I particularly liked that for once in an action movie everyone was competent.
"Hounds" has a really dumb ending, but most of it, and especially the first 30 minutes or so, just has a wonderfully fun feel to it. I like it a lot.
I think the wait is good. I definitely wouldn't want the show to be pumping at any higher volume than a series per year, and I'm fine with how it is now.
It's good. I'm not crazy abou it, but I do like it. There's just a ton of great TV.
