Makes sense. I know that WTYFGH aired recently on Boomerang but I don't remember the years.

Family Guy aired it's first episode in 1999.

* Thumbs up*

Interesting way to see it but the Probending subplot plays an important part and it leads directly into the next episode.

It's not a filler episode, man. Please let's not start misusing that term again when it comes to Avatar.

Nah. I do think there was a bit of a dig at The Last Airbender with Tahno calling Korra the Uh-vatar.

I'm not going to do the overused Arrested Development response to anything involving Mae Whitman but I did want to say that I didn't recognize her voice at all. Didn't sound a bit like Katara in the least. I say that because it's how she sounds normally.

I heartily agree.
Seems like the best Saturday 'toons right now are Korra and YJ.
I better see a review for episode 2 next week.

I guess there's that and the comics too, right?

I'm guess I'm late to the game also. I never heard that.

I'm sure you do.

"Filler" has a negative stigma to it. The correct term would be One-offs or Standalone episodes. I don't think that those eps were expressly written just to fill time between plot-driven episodes.

3rd episode perhaps.

It's one of the best animated action shows airing right now.

You're getting that from this show?

"Twin Peaks for teens"

They should all be streaming on Nick.com after they air just as with LAB years before.

The giant deux ex machina that appeared in the unaired pilot, was foreshadowed in a second season episode, and appeared at various times throughout season 3.

I care what you think.

The Muppet was his brother.
