Murder Gator! Doughhead!

The Human 'Pedo. Wait…

Yeah, I loved Anathem. I burned through it faster than any of his other books, despite the length. Excited for this one.

I guess I will add the third comment here. But Cathy chewing out gay dude for his Buddhist bs was pretty awesome. Too bad it didn't work. Or too good cause I never really liked him.

But they show what's her name's boobs in Shameless. She's supposed to be a teenager.

One of my favorite recent horror movies…until the last 5 minutes or so. Never have I shifted from admiration to pure, rigid hate in so short a time in a movie.

Anaconda malt liquor gives you a… Little Richard???

Whaaaat? Nooooo.

I'm all for the In the Mouth of Madness remake. If done correctly, that could be some crazy shit.

IIIIIII'LLLL KEEEEEL YOU

Screw it, I'm going up anyway.

oh i mean one survivor blows himself up because he doesn't know how to work a grenade, and the other one gets shot

If it sticks to canon…
this is gonna have the downer ending to end all downer endings…

My point, O'Neal, was that Carpenter's version was more than just gore effects + predictable scares, which this version looks like it may be from the trailer. I do acknowledge that saying something is known for something doesn't also eliminate the other things it is. The Carpenter version is just going to be a tough

I love you and all, O'Neal, but..
while the gore and creature effects are a huge part of what made Carpenter's The Thing what it is, the suspense and paranoia put it at the top into the horror pantheon. The blood test scene? C'mon man! That's suspense 101 right there.

HE. TOUCHED. MY.
BREEEEEEEAST!!!!!

FAHEEEEEEEEENAY

Why was the magic scene in CGI?
Couldn't they have just bought an Aztec Tomb or something?
