Wait, what?
Why was Land Down Under being played while they were talking in the hotel lobby?

So, new episode?
B-?

Quinn's man
The swarthy, bearded stereotype was a main character on Southland. That show was passable, right? Right?

Coogan's Bluff
I enjoy that movie to a very ridiculous degree. Also, White Hunter Black Heart is really, really good.

There was some douchebag behind me that was saying how he was so excited to see this simply because Alexi Murdoch did the music and he's, like, the new Nick Drake man. I don't like when people talk.

The scene on a college campus looked a lot like UW.

I just saw it!
I went in with high expectations because it's Dave Eggers, but I think it was even better than I was expecting. John Krasinski and Maya Rudolph were fantastic and the supporting cast was just pitch perfect, Jeff Daniels was great, Catherine O'Hara was fantastic, Paul Schneider and Josh Hamilton were

The Teddy Ruxpin theme song
It's about heroin, right?

He was in Murder at 1600 too which was on Saturday afternoon.

Chicago ones

I like the part in the palace
Where Danny Glover is eaten by cats.

Glad to be back
I liked the first three seasons of Rescue Me a lot, then last season things got a little ridiculous and I admit I didn't make it to the end. However, I agree that this season has been really strong (and doubly agree that it needs more Dean Winters) but I must stress that they telegraphed Damien

Hi, David. I'm Grampa.

I cannot wait
For the I Watched This On Purpose: Gamer with Gerard Butler and a host of other I Watched This On Purpose veterans.

Good selection
Not sure if I want to read that over again, probably will though.

The episode was funny
But at the same time, I want to see dark Rescue Me. Luckily, the ending was somber enough.

Company name
Beneke Fabricators. That Fabricators seems a little heavy handed to me given the book cooking. Very minor complaint.

Chopping Mall!
Absolutely one of my favorite movies when I was a kid. It was on Channel 50 in Chicago all the time.
