I don't think any studio is going to risk having the Joker in their movie anytime soon. I imagine the backlash would be pretty bad.

This is very different from that Howard Stern quote. He's not using it as some rationale for his beliefs on gay people, he's just stating it as a crude, ridiculous thought, something he makes a living on.

Ferrell and C. Reilly are hilarious in that movie, but Adam Scott really steals his scenes. Wish he would play an asshole more often.

Actually sounds on par with the first one. Always thought it was a funny movie with some hilarious moments, but not the perfect comedy people make it out to be.

True, but what I meant to say was completely unlikeable. Pornstache had some (brief) moments of humanity, to him, whereas Healy at the end was completely irredeemable.

True, but I think it helped that he seemed like kind of a comic persona at first, so those lines went from being quirky to blunt bits of darkness.

It surprises me how people miss the most blatant messages in movies simply because it's a movie. This is even more surprising since it's a doc.

Don't know exactly what old line you're referring too, but it looks like they're living in the dorms and going to parties, something that's kind of weird for 30-something looking men. Usually the only time you see old people in college is in class.

Should have been GoT, OITNB and BB in my mind, but I haven't seen Enlightened. Didn't realize it was so highly regarded to make it a top 3, actually I didn't know it was highly regarded at all.

That's cool. I don't even agree with his list, but as you said it's refreshing. And Ignatiy always has really well articulated thoughts on movies, so I know he's not just trying to be provocative.

That would probably be the weirdest selection of Scorcese knowledge possible.
