You can basically start anywhere, the only one I can think of to avoid would be "Night Watch" because it's much better if you know the Vimes character. Of course some of his books are better than others, but that's the only one I can think of that you need to read after you're accustomed to the series.

Vetinari is one of my favorite Discworld characters, Pratchett should do one centering on him. Also, I remember there being rumors about a third Moist book, I hope that comes about. But I'm glad he's doing ones with new characters, those are actually some of my favorites.

Truckees, Diggers, Wings were actually what got me into Pratchett, but I was younger then, I think they're for younger kids than his other young adult books.
