Wrong. He already died once.
Wrong. He already died once.
He was always the largest. You can go back and look.
Jamie pulled him out of that situation so they could go to Dorne together, and promised him a biigger castle.
He's just negotiating for what he knows Jamie can afford. If I was putting my a** on the line all the time for a very rich guy, I'd expect some significant payoffs. The point is, he isn't driven by the lust for power.
Yeah, 20-30 of those things across the top of the castle wall could be sort of effective if manned by Bronn-like individuals.
It's understandable in this day and age that you have no idea how an honorable man behaves.
I don't think that's true. He was having a lot of second thoughts even as he was holding Wnterfell; recall his discussion with Maester Lewin. He also discussed his regrets with Ramsay in the entryway to what turned out to be the dungeon, before he was tied to the cross.
Mounted cavalry crashing into a sheild and spear line is not an easy situation for the defenders in any case.
That was actually fairly tame compared to some of what we've seen.
She did seem sort of moist in those scenes.
I'm trying to figure out just how it is possible for that body of water, whatever it is, to be that deep so close to where the horse was. Seems like it could be 3-4 feet deep there at most. As shown, it had to be at least 20-30 feet deep where he was sinking. Just a minor quibble, but seems like a pretty extreme…
The only one who does know and might divulge the information is Varys. However, I'd expect him to sit on it as long as Balish is acting in the Stark's best interest.
Is this some sort of play on Bigus Dickus?
I think his main concern is not disrupting the timelines that lead to the salvation of humanity. There are things he could say that would influence the actions of the players, for good or bad, and so he can only say what might push a particular player in the direction that leads to that outcome.
He's not in line for a throne, and has no real interest in the game, aside from making a few bucks. Power has no appeal for him. That's what the reviewer is talking about.
I think her treatment of the Freys was completely in proportion to the damage he did to her family. I think Death is very happy with her today.
As Parliamentarian, I rule that burning thousands of people alive is certainly within the rules of this game.
I think this is an interesting decision. If the Lannister army is dragging a bunch of food/grain along with them on the way back to King's Landing, it would not only be a military defeat, but a logistical nightmare; hard to survive a siege with no food. On the other hand, destroying Euron's fleet opens the sea lanes…
I thought that little talk Balish had with Sansa was just brilliant.
I didn't say it was worse than ANY of the things that could happen . . .
