Yeah, I saw how Robert didn't really want the throne. I know that both civil wars (the back story and the present day) were sparked by a criminally insane king murdering a Stark or three for no reason. I'm just wondering how plausible my theory about Jon is. Would Ned have had the opportunity to take a baby from

>  I don't know to what extent this might become a plot point, it does have my mind wondering whether or not Ned Stark knocked up a wildling woman to beget Jon Snow.
Ooooh, I like this. I don't know how Ned managed to run into a wildling marching south to King's Landing, though. I assumed ever since the "black of hair"

I virtually forgot about him until I re-watched season 1 recently. He's a total badass.

Theon was treated like family by most of the Starks (Catelyn excepted). He had a chance at a real family and threw it away. Robb probably would have knighted him if he wanted.

Not a book reader (yet), but I really like both of those pairings. I think that if the Jon/Ygritte scenes went on another episode without forward progress I might get tired of it, but now that he's captured and we can look forward to more characterization for the wildlings in general (and maybe we can meet Mance

I've felt sympathetic about Jamie ever since he was dressed down by his father in that terrific introductory scene last season. I felt like Jamie was just a man who spent his entire life, from childhood on, with the weight of the world on his shoulders. Tywin put the entire future of the Lannisters (his legacy, which

I think Cersei genuinely loves him. Look at the way she drifted off while talking about him when she was giving birth to their first baby. We've also seen her breaking down when he was first captured. I think her dalliances with Lancel are strictly business.

Never read the books, so here are my Game of Thrones newbie predictions:

What about Agent Doubleham?

Man, I completely disagree with this review. I loved this episode. Some highlights:

The Terminator series used the song better, but it still worked here, mostly. The thunder was cheesy.

That was William Sanderson (of Deadwood fame) playing Sheriff Bud, but you're right that the homeless man in this episode was Tracy Walter.

I didn't like it. The few action scenes were incredibly poorly staged (the shootout in the beginning being the worst). The supporting cast was completely forgettable aside from his assassin client, and she was barely in it. I didn't care for the story and the central message of the film was as cliched and hackneyed as

Deserve's got nothin to do with it.

"And was it necessary to see Castle's daughter in a negligee?"
Yes. God, yes.

Yeah, I rolled my eyes at that. Dumb writers; abortion pills are still illegal in the US (to my knowledge) and certainly the morning after pill would do absolutely nothing at this point.

I completely agree. I really enjoyed Hale's story for the first two seasons. He's this upright lawful good hero who looks down on the corrupt, immoral Unser, only to slowly realize over time that not everything is so black and white, and Unser's methods have merit. He starts to realize that the right path is somewhere

Ah, it seems obvious now, but I was struggling to make sense of the van scene where we find out the assailants are white (but faking being Mexican). The only other possibility I can come up with besides yours is maybe Zobelle's people are behind it, but I doubt that.

He means that she's guilty of many crimes, the worst of which was covering up Piney's murder. She has an enormous amount of power in this story and consistently fails to use it. The beating was what Gemma both deserved for her past crimes and needed to put her on the right path (which, unfortunately, will also put her

Neither the Sons nor the Niners told each other about the new cartel hookups, as they happened completely independent of each other, and neither organization has the responsibility to report the change (nor should they; this is the kind of thing that should be kept secret). The Niners also are fully aware that the
