Yes and no. The form of the ballot itself was a violation of state law, and it was deliberately designed to mislead Democratic voters, especially those with poor/failing eyesight. Unless you think a lot of retired Jews, some with blue tattoos, would vote for Patrick Buchanan on purpose.
