They could make a special exception for the Route 66 Corvette.

Geez, Herpes, were you weaned too soon?

Antiques Roadshow has great moments, though.  One of my favorites was the 20ish blonde who found out her costume jewelry was actually real and worth around $350,000—she just sat and stared at him until the camera stopped rolling.

I agree.  I don't watch tv (can't afford cable or satellite or even a new digi tv) but I have public radio on most of the day and evening.
I listen pretty regularly to a gardening show (6am Saturday), Celtic music (Sunday night), morning and afternoon news all week, Met Opera, and various classical music and humor

Do you assume wealthy people watch those shows?  Lottery winners maybe, I'll concede that.
If you mean people with more money, that's something else—and even then I doubt if you're right.

Somebody needs his diaper changed.

He has a motor and sonar and everything.

You do know that PBS and NPR aren't the same thing, right?  One is television and one is radio.

Red River Radio, based in Shreveport and covering a broadcast area of 4 or 5 states, frequently gets pledges from truckers driving through during pledge week.  Not everyone with a blue collar gets turned on by Rush Limbaugh.

"The boys are going over the hedge…"
How long before I can use this?

I blame Ronald Reagan.

Too soon.

Interest waned when it turned out to take about 100% longer than Ryan had previously claimed.

Sunday morning.  Has there been any good news today so far?  If so, I missed it.
Oh, wait—Placido Domingo didn't die.  That's the only positive thing I recall hearing.

All you'd need to defeat the Cheeaster would be Frenchmen with baguettes.

The Human Sharkipede.

Sharknado sounds like the sort of movie that makes me mourn the loss of the drive-in in summer.
I pity people who will never have that experience.  I really do, no kidding.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack sharks on fire off
the shoulder of Orion. I watched shark-beams glitter in the dark near the
Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time… like tears in
rain or sharks in the ocean… Time to die.
By sharknado.

Being killed by a barstool during a sharknado has a special poignance.

I don't know.
