The fact that this high-calibre drama is on a shit channel like Showtime is mind-boggling. (The beginnings of a Showtime renaissance, perhaps?)

Hey! Quit exposing possible plot holes, dammit! (I wanna remain naïve and ignorant, like half the eligible voters in Americuh!)

To reiterate: that's the nature of drama, baby. Writers seldom get any detail 100 percent correct. (Accuracy is only as good as one's knowledge of what s/he's writing about. Imagine how surgeons must feel watching doctor shows!)

Hah. How do you think I feel about Argo—a movie that simplifies reality, and so completely gets plenty of things flat-out wrong. But it's like any sort of drama writing: some/many things are elevated/exaggerated to inflate the drama. "Truth" gets thrown out the window.

Why ask why. Just hope beyond hope that it never loses the momentum. At least, not for some time. CROSS THOSE FINGERS.

Agreed. The push/pull for the character, on a number of levels [Abu/CIA; Jessica/Carrie] should hopefully keep the show interesting for awhile.

I could not agree more. I'm still on board with this show. I, too, was a bit shocked at how early these revelations have come, BUT: for a person who loathes plot holes/conveniences—SEE SHOWTIME'S SHIT-"DRAMA" DRECKSTER FOR EXAMPLE-AFTER-EXAMPLE OF THIS—I'm liking how this show has managed most of its plot devices…
