Yup, They're already under contract when they appear on the show. So much goes sour so quickly in real estate, that they couldn't guarantee that the house the couple picks ends up being the one they actually live in 6 weeks later.

Or maybe, we should be happy with the allies we have, especially those who are using their power of privilege to reach a wide audience? He's seemingly sincere, working to educate himself, and trying to embrace/de-stigmatize calling oneself a feminist, something that I frequently see both women and men balking at. This

I think it can be even weirder and more gross now that it's on FXX. Because the network has a smaller audience, and there are lower ratings expectations, they can take more risks. Although, it's not like FX was ever really The Disney Channel.

One of my favorite parts of this season was how Maggie was calling Mark and Emma out on their shit during Officer of the Year, like a real, grown-up friend does. It makes this show live in the real world a little more than P&R or B99 (both of which I totally love). While things in the show are a bit heightened at

I think it would have felt more like a gimmick if she had put it back on.

Kyle Kinane is someone who totally grew on me. I wasn't a huge fan of his at first, but the more I've seen him on @midnight and heard him on podcasts, the more I appreciated his humor, and then his latest special was so good, I didn't delete it from my dvr so that I could sit and watch my husband watch it.

"Why. Does. Your. Breath. Smell. Like. Birdseed." had me rolling, and is still making me laugh now as I'm thinking about it.

I just love this show. I love how it has such a great friendship at the center, I love how it's expanded to the world around them, and how the leads interact and live with the world around them, instead of it being them against the world. I love how funny it is. I love how sweet and emotional it can be. I don't love

But why would you call Archie Panjabi American?

I had been listening to Russell Brand's BBC show as a podcast (and only started about 6 months before they were fired) and I remember someone joking that in order to get into character as Aldous Snow, he changed the part on his hair from the right to the left.

Since there's a helpful music interlude between his monologue and the interview, I just skip ahead :30 at a time until I hear the guitar riff.

The more I'm thinking about the flashbacks, the more I'm seeing them as just illustrated memories — what Mother's Day makes these women think about, not so much the "let's give you an understanding as to why these women are locked up." So it sort of makes sense that Suzanne doesn't get a flashback. Her memories aren't

Thank you! The advice is much appreciated.

Thank you!

I like this "summer resolution" thing. I look forward to reading the column when it picks up again.
I'm pregnant with my first baby, due right around Labor Day, so I hope to enjoy the remaining time when my family is just me and my husband. I want to enjoy cooking, and taking walks and exploring our new neighborhood,

Ahh, that makes sense :)

I was guessing that Ginger was going to win, but that Violet could have been a surprise victory. I knew that Pearl had no chance. I thought it was the closest finale since I've been watching (Sharon Needles's season), but overall the season was such a letdown, that I really didn't care.
When Ginger's dad in his video

I don't know how shady the Katya fakeout was. Katya was holding a glass of water, so she was clearly in on the joke.

One of the things that sticks out to me a lot about last season was when Bianca gave Adore her extra cincher. Bianca was confident enough in herself to be able to legitimately help a competitor.
Ginger continued to gang up on the girls who were a whopping 5 years younger than she is all season long. You can say your

I think all of those things are compounded by the casting. I felt like half of the contestants all looked and sounded exactly the same. It's hard enough to find personalities in the group challenges, but when everyone looks alike, it's hard to know which queen is the one that you're enjoying.
