I find it pretty funny that in everything I've read, no one's suggested Carson Daly. I almost feel bad for him. Almost.

An hour-long Daily Show would make me very happy, but there's no way they'd be able to get away with as much on a network as they can on cable.
Good point. I think John Mulaney might be the only person with that sort of backing, and he has his pilot going. Although he was really great on The Jeselnik Offensive this week, so maybe he'd be considered if for some strange reason his Lorne-backed pilot doesn't get picked up.
YES!
I think the alternating hosts idea might be a good way to audition the next host, which I think was how Craig Ferguson got his job.
Maybe her hosting gig for the revamp of Whose Line will function as a sort of audition to see if she can *still carry a comedy show.
Unfortunately, the promo for next week does seem to suggest that.
I think there was something where Lamar told Rayna that if she didn't support Teddy's mayoral run, he was going to tell Teddy about Maddie's real father.
What a great idea! I can't think of more natural, engaging people to watch on television than super nerds getting a Make a Wish-esque experience.
This is why I'm glad I watched "Being Elmo" before all the horrible Kevin Clash stories came out! That movie brought up all sorts of wonderful nostalgic memories.
Absolutely, the inability to act small is something that really hurts actors who start on the stage.
Because of the show, I recognized Christian in the commercials for Peter and the Starcatcher on Broadway, which I believe he won a Tony for. Looking forward to seeing more of him!
It's gotten to the point where I can't even enjoy hate-watching this any more. It makes me so irritated how they've wasted so much talent, while pretending that Katherine McPhee is anything better than pleasant.
My "fuck this shit" moment in THIS episode was Ana's performance: The cirque piece that was just "thrown…
This could either change everything, or be the XFL of the 2010s.
When Shonda's ON, she's really good.
I LOVED when Cuddy thought that the ginger was Olivia. I thought it was Shonda's way of addressing race and preconceived notions and then saying "let's move it the fuck on."
I was really happy during the LSFYL, because Roxxxy and Alyssa are the two left who irritate me the most. I was looking forward to at least one of them being gone next week.
I think my favorite is Jinkx right now, for the same reason that I ended up loving Sharon last season: They were underrated by their fellow queens…
I'm so happy to see portrayals of frienship between men and women on television. Genuine, we respect each other, we like each other, and we have no desire to sleep with each other. This show and Parks and Rec feed THAT habit of mine =).
Have you seen Dear Zachary? I have never had a film/tv experience that punched me in the gut like that film did.
Goddamnit. I really wanted this to be good.
That seems reasonable.
He's gotten a lot better. He still cracks occassionally, but either age or not being around Will Ferrell has helped him a lot. It's worth checking out some of his musical bits (Neil Young, History of Rap), which have been really great.
