I dunno, the pilot was pretty heavy handed on the "old lady says outrageous stuff" bit, but it was also kind of sweet, and Bartha and Rannels have good chemistry.

Honestly, @bromidestain:disqus I'm not thinking of someone right now, but I know it's happened in the past. It's just a bummer when you find out that people whose work you admire are kind of tools. I'm glad it didn't happen in this episode, though!

The bar was set so high, and they absolutely delivered.
ETA: One of the things that sucks about listening to so many celebrity (A-D list) driven podcasts is that you can end up finding out that someone is a real dick, and I'm so glad that wasn't the case with Paul Rudd.

As soon as I opened AV Club, and saw the interview/story about the movie, I was afraid it would get the kiss of death rating.
