The short stories that you can read by looking into random NPC's souls are a fantastic way to flesh out the world. They were written by Obsidian people from backer ideas.

It was a very minor thing that got blown up into a huge issue by gamergate types.
"Obsidian did one better and created a veritable clone. The tilted
overhead view, clay-like architecture, and complex battle systems are
all nearly identical to its 17-year-old predecessor."
This is not a review. This is "What Are You Playing this Weekend"? It's a space for the commentariat to share their gaming plans and experiences and it's proceeded by a short anecdote from one of the site's writers to get things started.
Yep. Also I don't know what the ground rules of their relationship were but I don't know why he thought that going out with another woman and posting their dates all over facebook wouldn't upset someone with whom he was in a continuing top secret four year emotional and sexual relationship. He even says he was pretty…

Paillars of Eternity is great and, as of the last patch, the major bugs have been squashed. As someone who's finished it I'd say it's well worth playing now unless you're waiting on the expansion.
Seconded. It is very fun and easy to get into. It does get a little punishing in a couple of the latter missions though, which may mean it doesn't entirely fit the accessible part.
If you really want to get Durance out of your team you could always hire an adventurer. I rather like the direction in which I was able to take Durance's story though.
Awww I really like make-up on men and women: it's like socially acceptable adult face paint. Which is not to say that all make-up is created equal, of course.
I'll default to my standard advice: If you haven't already you could try expanding your social circle by taking up some kind of group hobby (dance lessons, boardgame nights, whatever).
Farnsworth makes a good point. There's also the possibility that you're using a lot of short range spells. When you see a little feet icon next to the circle you get when you're casting spells that means your wizard is out of range and is going to walk closer to cast the spell. Some spells, like jolting touch,…
Their budget didn't cover writing and modelling additional companions. At one stage they were considering doing some additional funding to add them and more maps but, for whatever reason, they opted not to in the end.
The last I heard Bioware hadn't been able to confirm the existence of such a bug. They played and looked over save files submitted to them by the community and never found anything wrong with them. Instead they responded by increasing the frequency at which party banter triggers and encouraged people to mix up their…
Geez people whose job it is to be pretty on TV, why do you have to keep showing off your prettiness?
No hidden caches for you!
He's a far right wing, anti-feminist, harassing dickhead. It's super depressing.
I came to them pretty recently (three or four years ago) and got on okay. I bounced off the original BG at first but got sucked into Planescape because the writing and setting were right up my ally. Once I had that experience I was able to go back to BG (with the Tutu mod, mind you) and roll on through to BG2. I never…
I haven't made it to the first city yet (almost there) but there's a large village on the way (one map, but it's a big one) that, without spoiling anything, has atmosphere to spare and a bunch of ways to interact with folks.
I think this is a gentler intro than BG and PS:T. I finished those games but I never really wrapped my head around all the mechanics. If nothing else it's prettier and it has a much more compelling plot than the BGs and much more engaging combat than PS:T!
