Nope. DA:O is from the people who made the first KOTOR. You can tell because Wynne and Jolee Bindo are both cringe worthy takes on being passed middle age.

What Danson said. I managed to complete it without having to reload too many times and I'm pretty rubbish at shooters. Just remember that you need to play more cautiously than the average shooter and make sure that you're using the crouch and lean buttons.
Have you made it to The Big Twist in KOTOR? I think if you've made it to The Big Twist you've seen all there is to see and you are free to play the good game in the series.
It's been a little while but I don't remember anything like that. Except for Visas Marr's first appearance, maybe?
This describes my experience with KOTOR II to a t. I was so desperate to gain her approval that I played the whole game seeking to stay as neutral as possible. This is, of course, hardly an optimal way to play the game (your forces powers are weaker and I suspect it makes it much harder to build rapport with other…

Is this the crash that happens right after you visit headquarters for the first time? If so that's since been patched.
I'd try getting into BG2 then. BG is very much Bioware's first RPG. It's not until the sequel that the style of companion writing and density of content that make Bioware Bioware really start to come into view.
Somewhere in the character menus (I think? It might be in another menu.) you can either turn off their AI completely so they only do exactly what you tell them to do or just turn off bits and pieces. Of course that doesn't solve the problem of the janky camera or the lousy OC story.

Eh this song has a really strong downbeat (courtesy of the kick and the heys and hos) and the mandolin is hardly on the "completely wrong beat" - it's just on the "ands" instead of the beat itself.
Well they did make this as well: https://www.youtube.com/wat…
It's okay Merve. I did that too.
Yes, yes it was.
To be fair assuming that every sex worker is a damaged or exploited individual isn't a whole lot better.
Guilty as charged. I haven't played many JRPGs at all as I've never owned any Sony hardware.
