Really good episode
Lots of good scenes, but the one between Eli and the teacher (who once played Mary Kate & Ashley's dad is some terrible sitcom that I'm ashamed to know) was the best. Alan Cumming rules. This was also the first episode that I didn't hate Tammy. The scene where she talks about his smell was oddly

Amber and Drew's argument
was another great acting scene. Both actors were great. The kid who plays Drew is really blossoming this season. Good episode, although the ending was all sorts of cheese.

The Twilight plot wasn't my favorite, but the town hall meeting was pretty funny. Although, for a town that's supposedly the 4th fattest, the residents were not all that large. C'mon casting, get some fatties in there!

So Kalinda is Canadian, eh?
I agree, it's annoying and implausible that the Becca character is causing trouble for the campaign. Loved the scene between Wendy Scott Carr and Alicia about the fliers. The actress who plays Wendy is good at making her seem sincere and slimy at the same time. This show has so many plot

Why do ppl keep saying it was Rita's parents?
I thought the Astor and Cody went to Disney World with PAUL's parents? I swore I heard that mentioned last season- something about how Paul was the bad seed of the family, and his parents are all right? Plus, that old lady was definitely NOT JoBeth Williams.

Same, I couldn't take it fore more than a few minutes. Awful, just awful.

Assuming we all accept that Chuck is basically at a USA show level now, and nowhere near as good as it used to be, this was a relatively decent episode. I would give it at least a C. The Lester stuff was fairly amusing. I also liked Morgan as the logistics/behind the scenes guy for the missions. It suits his

Shore Patrol clearly has no idea what he/she is talking about. When a woman gains or loses weight, her breasts change size- sometimes proportionally, sometimes not. Also going on or off the Pill can change your breast size.

Oh and all the stuff with Cary and his incestuous cousin seemed pretty pointless.

I agree, it's frustrating about the kids' dropped plot threads. I expected this week to at least acknowledge the viral video war between the Florrick & Childs' campaigns, but there was nothing. And Eli is always missed when he's not around. (I hope soon he figures out that the viral video war was started by Zack,

My favorite line: "Russell Crowe is having an auction to benefit the victims of his own mood swings."

Community/Cougar Town similarities
Just a couple of episodes ago, Community mentioned how Abed had really taken to Cougar Town. Makes sense that he would relate to another show that explores the 'group of friends as family' dynamic so well.

I agree. I watch it for the songs (about 1 in 10 of which are any good) and the few funny lines, but the lack of any internal consistency of plot or characters is incredibly frustrating.

Everyone singing Bleeding Heart Show
Kurt singing Sing Me Spanish Techno
Rachel singing Letters From An Occupant
Will and Sue singing Challengers

Tied for FIRST?
All the relationship drama was dumb, but expected (FINCHEL IS DONZO?! Emma married Uncle Jesse?! Oh wait I don't care…) but at least the storyline made some sense, and the songs weren't atrocious. Nice to see different people get the solos. Brittany and Artie moments were bizarrely sweet. Liked the

I agree. The resolution felt like a huge letdown. "Frost: If you love me, you'll never hurt my family. Volkoff: OK." This season has been largely terrible. Plots don't make sense, aren't followed through, are repetitive, and try too hard for pop culture references. The whole business with Chuck getting the Intersect

The Surly Teenagers
I was so happy to see Drew get some screen time. I like the actor- he plays quiet, slightly awkward teenage boy well. Although I didn't like the actress who plays Hattie at first, she's grown on me, and I'm happy to see the character finally doing something besides be a super-bland teenage girl.

Deserves at least an A- for the sheer number of plots it managed to move forward in 40 minutes
I was left a little breathless by this one. Lots going on. They better not break up Lockhart & Gardner. Alicia and Will need to have a face-to-face discussion about their "feelings" already- it's been like 1.5 seasons

Yeah, the reviewer's B+ was way too generous. The wedding could've been awesome, what w/ the sheer # of song possibilities about weddings and love, but instead it had very forgettable performances (seriously, I've already forgotten them all) and became this annoying Kurt is a gay saint love fest. The Sam-Quinn promise

I agree with the "gratingly topical" assessment
Hey, look at us! We may be on the geriatric network, but we know how to keep things fresh! Child stars gone wrong! Twitter! Asian animation! Four "Loop"! The case of the week was the worst part of the episode (and I do love me some iCarly).
I did enjoy all the political
