Granted, he's already got two massive box office flops to his name, but why not give Taylor Kitsch a third chance?

I was originally going to suggest Chuck Norris, but is that joke/meme played out in this hellish, post-Walker Texas Ranger Lever world we live in?

You know who should play Jack Reacher? Guy on a Buffalo.

Cavalcade is weak, I haven't seen G.A., I'm biased against Oliver because I hate musicals, and the last three I regard to be quite excellent. Ordinary People catches flack bcause it nabbed awards from Raging Bull, but the film itself is really very, very good, and Tim Hutton's performance is masterful.

But could you really argue that it deserved to win over its competition that year: "Friendly Persuasion," "The Kind and I," "The Ten Commandments," and most of all, "Giant"

What? No! That's so sad! He was so good as Gollum.

2000 is DEFINITELY the nadir for the academy awards. Russell Crowe won his only oscar for that pos Gladiator, and was denied rightful awards both the year before (The Insider) and the year after (A Beautiful Mind). The dilettante that is Steven Soderbergh won best director basically because he had two films that…

Oh I can think of quite a few that are worse than "Crash": The Broadway Melody, Cimmaron, You Can't Take it With You, The Greatest Show on Earth, Around the World in 80 days, Driving Miss Daisy, Shakespeare in Love, Gladiator, and my own personal object of utter scorn, that goddamn cinema pastiche that was "The…

This touches upon the show's biggest problem. Rosie was never really a person, so much as a symbol. She is pure and good and had she lived I'm sure she would've wound up a manic pixie dream girl in some other fevered writer's imagination. I never felt any kind of allegiance to her, because she never felt real or…

Good lord don't even utter such things, even in jest. You could cause a butterfly effect. I shudder at the thought of what kind of havoc Veena Sud could wreak on that show.
