He's such a connoisseur of sexism that he can pinpoint the time period that the alleged sexism reflects.

He called out a feminist for not being feminist enough. I imagine that in his free time Whedon enjoys carving trophies to commemorate himself on his remarkable advances in social reformation.
plus he put the apostrophe in the wrong place like a dumbass.
I get so sick of Whedon's sanctimony. Every "strong female character" he's created seems to be a 110 lb. supermodel who kicks butt like Bruce Lee, and that's just as dumb and uninteresting as "'70s era sexism."
Complaining about how Elsa, Vanellope, and the babysitter from Incredibles look too similar comes across as someone trying too hard to prove they don't have face blindness.
Richard Gere?
I don't think I would want Paul WS Anderson anywhere near this movie. I'd rather keep my brain fantasy version than some tacky 3D garbage mess.
My favorite Youtube comment thread of all time was for a video of a guy throwing a bowling ball haphazardly down the lane, hitting the only remaining pin and then bouncing out of the lane into the next lane and knocking down the only pin in that lane. It was a pretty neat shot! One of the commenters was adamant that…
Oh man this was a bad idea. I'm still at work
I settled for Dirt.
I was just looking for Phish's saddest song, because that is what I feel like I should be listening to right now.
A while ago I was desperate for a job and I got a storyboard test for Brickleberry. I checked out some episodes on Youtube before I started the test. I was so disheartened by what I saw that I didn't even bother. I ended up becoming a trucker instead. True story
When someone else says they hate the beatles, it brightens my day.
AV Club always seems determined to dismiss the Black Keys. It's pointless, though. Theses guys are here to stay.
I was listening to that album yesterday. It's awesome, but I always skip that track, for this reason.
"Then Came the Last Days of May" has some really great emotion guitar work. I wish more people knew about that song,
COIL MY TONGUE AROUND A BUMBLEBEE MOUTH
When I was 15 and only cared about punk rock I thought the solo to "Holiday in Cambodia" was just mindblowing. Later I learned to play guitar and got into classic rock, and I realized how incredible simple it is. It's still a great solo though. "Moon over Marin" is another good one by DK.
I love the second solo in "Cowboy Song." It feels like such a bonus. "That was a pretty good song, too bad it's winding down now though. OH WAIT, another solo!"
"Geek USA" is really good too.
