I found her really sexy in the Bollywood video, as crazy as that was. Probably because she showed more emotion in that scene than the entire rest of the season combined; she was doing something she's pretty good at and it looked like she was having fun. And smiling!

I think it's way too optimistic to think the writers are playing some sort of intentional long game. They are just milking this. The show can still be very funny, and Barney's journey has been interesting this season, so of course they are stretching that out, too. I have long since stopped caring about the mother.

Unless Barney gets married more than once.

A for Annie's sweater!

I saw the same thing Olive, and I'm glad you pointed it out, because my wife thought I was crazy.

To be pedantic, Mandonna was one of Alex's top three favorite Chicago-based, all-male, Madonna cover bands.

Diamond hand cream (now 1/2 off!) is also an Arrested Development reference, no?

Incredible Hulk piano music=A

Good catch

This sums it up great. She's not the mother, unless there's some wacky plot that makes her Aunt Robin, so I think this is just the stupid idea of tired, lazy writers who are stringing this whole thing along.

Lori driving off herself (leaving her son alone, of course) wasn't a weird choice, it was monumentally stupid. This show is best when there's some semblance of how people might actually behave in the character's actions, but she drove off just so there could be a cliffhanger for next week.

I got 20 before googling.
