Do you mean that characters like Hypno-Toad and Hedonismbot should expand out of their one-note characteristics, i.e. give them more fleshed out back stories? Even though the narrative has been stronger this season (primarily due to its season arc), I feel like they've cut back on the Mike / Harvey banter, which was my favorite aspect from season 1.
