I eventually figured it out, but I had to pause the DVR for some extra time to think about it. I think I used up the allotted time just parsing the question.
Definitely better than the Puss in Boots category. That was just excruciating.
I was excited about the story/rumor way back when of Peyton Reed doing a retro-60s Fantastic Four on the heels of Down with Love. It's really disappointing we never got to see that, certainly would have been better and more interesting than the FF movies we got.
Barry doesn't have to kill Eddie; he can just vibrate his testicles off.
A black late night host? A woman late night host?? What does he think it is, the 1990s?
Reminds me of bad Wikipedia writing where they really don't understand proper sourcing and overcompensate. "It was announced on May 15, 1990 that the comedy[seven cites to separate stories using that word to decribe it, all formatted as separate footnotes] film would be released on November 10, 1990.[cite to Variety…

Unlike everything it's satirizing.
I just watch the CinemaSins EWW cuts of such movies. Satisfies my curiosity while saving time and money.
I'd be into this plot more if I had a better sense of what rules the League follows, particularly what rules Ollie would be bound by even once he takes it over and what consequences would follow if he broke those rules. Ra's in an earlier episode seemed to suggest Ollie could do with the League as he liked, even stop…
He's waxing a chump like a candle. (not pictured: a chump.)
Gomez?
If you think Rourke is bad, I've seen Dog the Bounty Hunter in person without his sunglasses. I will show you horror in a face full of furrows…
Scott was like a living, breathing Peter Griffin.
I might watch it just for Talia Balsam.
