Well sure, but it would be nice though to have some sort of breakdown as opposed to every entertainment site simply parroting this magical $800m number. Even factoring in lower overseas box off takes and the theatres' cut of the box office, this seems crazy high.

Not sure where to jump in here, but where are people getting this $800m number as the break even point? I've seen it repeated in a half dozen different places, but an internet search reveals no greater source than 'some industry insiders say'. Didn't the movie cost $250m? Was there also a $550m marketing campaign?

Technically a solar powered flashlight is a perfectly clever invention provided it contains a battery to hold the charge. Your prejudiced joke backfired! BOOM!

Oh, Zima was his childhood booze! All he longed for was a simpler, more innocent time!

Wasn't Cloud Atlas also a bomb? The budget isn't on Box Office Mojo but it did a dismal $27m domestic and $103 international on what was surely at least a $75m budget with a ton of marketing.

"In 2015, they released an industry-leading 21 movies. Despite that output, they finished the year $800 million behind Universal Pictures in total box-office gross. It was a disappointing year for the studio with expensive flops like Pan, In the Heart of the Sea and Jupiter Ascending."

"Free speech, for the dumb, for the dumb, FREE FUCKING SPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH!!!!"

They're the future 1%. And like today's actual elite, they are utterly unbothered by anything Bernie might do since they're playing under an entirely different set of rules anyway and the President is basically a referee on another field. Bernie, Trump, Cruz, Hilary, they're all different strings on the same puppet.

I don't endorse that house rule as it results in 8 hour games of Risk. I enjoy the game but I don't have the patience anymore for any board game that takes longer than an hour.

Even that awful get-up is technically in style (in pockets of Brooklyn).

I misunderstood then. I personally don't see Sony as a big villain here. If they drop Dr. Luke they risk getting sued. And, they have a binding contract with Kesha which they expect her to perform, and which she can perform with anyone but Dr. Luke. Sony is not the courts, but people seem to expect them to act like a

ha, nice. Silly of the lawyer to hogtie his client like that.

How is it not germane? You seem to be calling for a Sony boycott. What have they done or what should they do in order to avoid this boycott?

As a lawyer I can advise we put that in every claim. It allows the court to grant relief beyond your specific itemized requests, which does happen from time to time.

What should Sony be doing? I'm not saying this to pick a fight but I'm genuinely curious. They've said she doesn't need to work with Dr. Luke so what is it she's asking for?

There's going to be a definite anti-vote attending the polls. Republicans will stay home instead of voting for Trump, and Democrats and independents will swarm the polls to keep him out.

I don't think the end was really obvious until it was actively happening. I was born in 1979 and I recall being fed anti-Soviet propaganda in elementary school in Canada (I was told that people in Russia were assigned their careers and had no choice in what they could pursue - I suspect my teacher was a little

Does anyone remember Spliff gear? They had some seriously rad trench coats and jeans but I can't a single reference to this brand on the internet, and it's name is unfortunately also sort of google-proof.

Are you hiring? I can bring my own TP to work.

I don't think so, the EA games felt a lot smoother. Mutant League felt clunky and rough.
