It makes me feel like I'm on a god damn mushroom trip.

I recommend reading Permanent Monday. Even people too cynical for post-modern humour should find it enjoyable: http://permanent-monday.blo…
He's our new philosopher king.
It's a smart strategy as well for when he settles out with them, as there will be a gag order and he can leave a lingering doubt about whether the women were lying and chickened out when he counter-sued. If he pays them now it looks a little more like he's guilty. From a legal and PR strategy it's quite clever.
There's very little I wouldn't do for $10 million…
According to the internet, it's $10 million per year. So yeah, makes sense to keep that gig going.
No need to apologize, I'm just old and don't understand stuff no more. I still treasure my iPod for fuck's sake, and didn't understand why there wasn't a riot when they discontinued them.
I would say she already has a pretty robust film career. She must have been getting some serious bank to continue doing this show.
"Shelby Fero is an American comedian best known for her popular tweets."
These are interesting times.
Makes sense. And since that was bound to happen eventually anyway there's no conflict!
I wonder how they'll reconcile some of these story-line conflicts. Like where was Apocalypse in Days of Future Past? Did the robots get him? And I assume Charles going bald has something to do with Apocalypse, in which case how did he go bald in the original timeline? I'm kidding of course, the X-Men franchise has…
Well, Dean Cain's massive star power surely commanded about $2,800,000, not leaving much left over after Richard Riehle got his share.
ha, he is looking pretty fat.
I'm very curious how much money a film like this actually would have made. Did they recover their investment?
True story: I have a Green Lantern movie t-shirt.
On the contrary, the shoddy quality of this 'best of' list was the most appropriate place to make the comment. Also, it's the internet, I'll do what I want.
But my issue is that the quality has dropped off, and done so very rapidly. It's not about the site changing to the industry, it's about losing its quality writers and not replacing them.
Well obviously it's at the top because I'm trying to spur discussion. That's not exactly a hidden motivation.
I definitely agree with this. Sometimes I want to discuss the article but I can't because every thread for the first three pages of comments is just nonsensical riffing.
I do agree with this - I don't think it's a matter of millennials versus crusty old Gen-xers adjusting the tone as the change seemed very abrupt, and this was a totally different website even two years ago.
