I think the media all secretly know it's bullshit, so if they come right out and ask then they don't get to write any more articles speculating.

Fool me once, can't get fooled again.

While I generally think this meme needs to be retired I must say this is well done *golf clap*

"This show is terrible, but so was slavery so I'm obliged to watch as penance for the sins of my forefathers."

The difficulty of the TMNT water stage was always overstated. As for the Battletoads speeder stage, I get a fucking eye twitch even thinking about it. I tried playing that game on an emulator a while back and it is insanely, inappropriately hard. It's totally bonkers that I even beat that game as an eleven year old.

It's a joke, don't you get jokes? (psst, can you explain it to me if you get it?)

I think the problem is that they've gone for quantity over quality. This feature used to show genuinely funny and unique things, but now it's full of pointless supercuts (a clip of every food mentioned in Seinfeld?? Why?), poorly done and boring mashups (mixing the Unbreakable theme song with clips of Bruce Willis

Yeah this show really was boring. I watched the full first six episodes but after that I skipped at least 15-20 minutes per episode for the remainder of the series, except for perhaps the last one. The last three episodes were particularly egregious offenders of the Walking Dead syndrome of having a tiny bit of action

And I'm not a computer, but explain the microchips I've jammed in my penis.

If this is in fact a gimmick account it's a really shitty one. A good gimmick account is humorous and authentically satirical. This is just trolling - someone actually trying really hard to sound like they just wrote their first year women's studies exam. What's the point of that? I mean let's really dissect this. A

You're shocked that a TV show about a straight white male superhero appeals to straight white guys?

Pfft, women don't work in Middle America.

They managed to knock out five kids since the original show ended? And he's raising them on a teacher's salary?

I feel like if the list is going to be this long it should be a monthly feature.

Punisher killed Archie?

Thank you for that informative update. I have so much to learn about young people.

The firebombing of Dresden alone was more than half the casualties of Nagasaki and a third of Hiroshima.

Once the train has left the station that's kind of it. If the dad actually died they would have had to change the basic tenor and theme of the entire movie.

I've never thought of the commentariat before as a bunch of noisy pigs rolling in their own feces while they wait for more scraps, but now that the image comes to mind it kind of works.

Can we please have more spoiler spaces for awful movies? I know the feature really lends itself to earnest discussion of controversial or intriguing films, but there's just something really damn fun about reading a takedown of a D movie.
