I've only read Oryx and Crake and The Edible Women, so basically I'm missing everything in between. Any recommendations? (I should mention I really enjoyed O&C, but thought the Edible Women was a tedious read).

That's really not so bad. I would say 8 out of the top 10 are not horrible, and at least half are legitimately kick ass albums.
