I thought the Atlanta/Laughing Skull episode of "Doug Loves Movies" was ruined — ruined, I say! — because of Joe Pettis' constant nervous giggling.  Every time a joke or semi-joke was made, he gave out the same high-pitched three-note titter that sounded more like a Touette's tic than a genuine laugh.
