Ah yes, the dress that Lorelai is wearing during the dance marathon is something else, right? I absolutely adore it. It looks great on her too, especially coupled with the hair style and the shoes.

Some of my favourite quotes are from these eps.

Yep. That kiss at the end was way hotter than Rory's entire relationship with Dean. I always thought it was because Bledel and Ventimiglia were dating, like AllThisWeirdBeauty said above.

I don't know whether Rory wanted to play the victim, but I definitely agree about her not wanting to break up with Dean but not really wanting to be with him either. So, the dumping basically fell to him by default.

Alexis Bledel did get progressively better throughout the series and I love her, (she's likeable and so incredibly beautiful) but sometimes her acting fluctuated crazy. She'd be really good in one scene and suck in the next. I think the worst was probably during 'Say Something' where (spoilers!) Rory has borrowed

I remember being so upset about Rory and Lorelai fighting, because up until that point they hadn't really been on the outs. That was both the first and last time that I've worried about two fictional characters having an argument.

Yes, yes, yes! Someone make this happen.

How can you not like Liam Neeson, Andrew?

I'll second that one then. 'Cause it's awesome. One of them has everything and the other one almost nothing. Plus, 'parking lot eyes.' I don't know what the hell that means, but it's beautiful. Simply a stunning song.

Oh, and Vengeance is Sleeping. 'I didn't know what a brute I was.' She's such a great songwriter. I literally love everything she's ever done.

It's always nice when two awesome things collide. Neko Case and Veronica Mars, I mean.

Exactly. All her stuff is so good that it's difficult to pick just one song. I'm also very fond of Outro with bees. It's short, but so good.

Oh God, yes. I love how she belts out Running Out of Fools. Gives me chills every time I listen to it.

Paris's wistful 'God, I wish I'd been there' is simply perfect. These are truly two great Paris eps.

Your colour coordination comments are one of my favourite parts of reading GG reviews, so keep it up.

I don't think Rory wanted him to abandon Sherry and the baby to be her dad, but honestly the two aren't mutually exclusive. What good is it to marry Sherry when he doesn't love her? Can't they just co-parent without getting married? And Christopher's 'I want to do it right this time' seems especially hollow to me

Aw, now I'm starting to feel kind of bad for Sims. I like the recaps opening season 3. I've decided to give him another chance.

Oh yes. You can just see what she's thinking.

Luke's face after that line from Kirk really sells the joke.

This is the episode where, for the first time, I kind of liked Christopher. I mean, he has crazy history with Lorelai, they know each other so well and he is SO into her. Suddenly, that was cute. On the whole, however, I can't get over how wishy-washy he is. You don't get to be wishy-washy when you're a parent. I have
