There was that moment when Olivia opened the trunk with Joe in it and I hoped she would shoot him in the face, but, sadly, no. Because he is a serial killer who's already had some guy cut off two of her fingers and now that he's out of jail he doesn't need her anymore, but she's done everything he asked, so clearly…

I immediately thought of that chapter in Malcolm Gladwell's Blink too. Pretty awesome.
