I saw this at Film Forum a year or two ago and it was awesome. It was the only good use of 3D I have seen. Hitchcock puts you inside the sets, modern cinema fails in their efforts to replicate that atmosphere. I guess it also helps that Alfred Hitchcock is a good director unlike almost everyone alive today.

I think the Swede did that to die without giving Bohannon the satisfaction of seeing him hang, as Bohannon professed he wanted.
