The Grey

Michael Keaton > Sand

In my opinion, "Mad Love" is a very good episode.

I still don't understand how an article discussing the historical accuracy of the film doesn't qualify as a discussion about "slavery as a historical reality." I'll just chalk it up to the master spin of da colonel.

"Django Unchained knows that America's relationship to slavery was not merely through legal institutions; it was a physical reaction to black flesh — a potently horrific mixture of abjection fused with desire. That physical sensation is what distinguishes American racism from the racism of Europe or the British

Miami Vice, Minority Report, Revenge of the Sith, Austin Powers 3: Goldmember, World Trade Center, You me and Dupree. None of these movies were that bad at all really they just happened to not be better than the prospect of smoking weed and walking around a mall on a Friday night after being dropped off for the night

Part of the problem was the marketing. I remember the tagline on the VHS box was "Life ain't nuthin' but a traffic jam." Even to a 12 year wandering through Blockbuster, that shit was trite.

This doesn't belong here, but is Justified worth checking out?

This was such a great year for 'superhero and mainstream' comics that you could go ahead and make a double list: B.P.R.D, Mind MGMT, Revival, The Unwritten, Wolverine and the X-Men, Morning Glories, Locke and Key, Fatale, Prince of Cats, Mind the Gap, Thief of Thieves, Chew, Batwoman, The Massive, Scalped, Godzilla:

I think it's supposed to be a surprise because the two characters end up divorced

I heard Michael Imperioli packs enough emotion into his 5 minute cameo as the older brother to get an academy award nomination

Heard Billy Crudup's unrecognizable cameo in this is shocking; definitely excited

Kind of diminishes a list that I for one view as the holy grail of end of the year  best of film lists.
