I saw the first season when it was on repeats here and had no idea about the conversation about the show until I dared linger in the comments section. It makes me sad too, because I can relate to this show in ways I can't relate to others so I generally just avoid the comments sections.

I'm a newcomer, and I'm going to follow along (I binged through the first season though). I'm kind of annoyed that everyone is talking about the series as a whole, even though I understand that they're excited. Hopefully it dies down and we get to discuss the episodes more as it goes along.

On the other hand, as someone who saw Bunheads first, seeing Liza Weil that young in GG freaked me out a bit.

I was introduced to ASP through Bunheads as well. Knowing I have little self control, I only bought the first season on DVD (though that was hard enough to track down - I saw every other season available before I found the first). Sure enough, I blew through it in a few days. So now I'm watching it through in pace

I've only seen the first season (I came to ASP through Bunheads and bought the DVD when I heard about the TV Club Classic), and from what I've heard Paris does have some growth later in the series, but I thought there was some nuance to her character in the second half of this season.

Yes, I just couldn't remember the name of the song

I thought this was a really great episode, but was a bit strange as a season finale (the only aspect that seemed finale-ish was the setting up for potential Milly-Truly tension in the future.

I know! I'm so glad she finally got around to telling Sasha off. It makes me think about how terrified she was of Sasha at the beginning of the season - being really worried about the Joffrey auditions in the premiere, and then again when she was telling Ginny and Mel to go easier on Sasha, not knowing that she was

I'm going to be from Massachusetts, because we have a zip code for that in our address book.

She'll definitely hate Cozette by extension as well.

I heard about the TV Club Classic, so I finally tracked down the first season of Gilmore Girls on DVD and watched it all in about three days. It's fantastic, but I definitely prefer Bunheads.

I'm Ginny and Boo - mostly Boo, but there is definitely some Ginny in there.

It's a private road.

I'm also going to be a first time viewer - I started watching Bunheads because I used to do ballet, and I'm looking forward to GG. I'm on a hunt for the first season DVD.

I have no idea when/if this show will air down-under (we don't have access to Netflix), but damn, that Peachoid would be very welcome here. It would be named "The Big Peach", to go along with "The Big Pineapple" and "The Big Banana". We're not very creative with names for landmarks (or whatever they're supposed to be)

That would be awesome. The koala would maul everyone. So I guess he's either Thomas or Bates.

"Which one of you bastards called this bastard a bastard?"

Thankfully I'll have to wait a few weeks before the cricket episode of Downton hits Australia. My family is watching a match right now.

And he thinks that she's even super hot when she's naked.

I have a feeling that this is the version of Community that the rest of America will love. Oh well, I'm happy for the Parks boost.
