Nope. "Yesteryear" from TAS. Admittedly a "deep cut" from the mythos, and the animation is Filmstion cheapo, but the story is great and holds a pivotal place in the canon.

"Is the problem with bad fan fiction the existence of author self-inserts, or the fact that it is, you know, badly written garbage all around?"

I would pay good money to watch "The Uprising of the Great Khal Groucho"

You underestimate how desperate most humans are to be led by relious "authority"

It's also handy at Saturday afternoon barbecues.

Recessive genetic traits are dumb and arbitrary

I want someone, somewhere, to put out an album titled "Flirtatious Meat Eating"

Have you actually READ any of that old 80s/90s Star Trek fanfic? (Which is is literally where ther term comes from) It's not sexist to call something written by a female shitty when it's actually really shitty.

One last thought: Dany emerging from the burning yurt had some great Georgia O'Keeffe visuals going on there!

There's one thing about this episode that sticks in my craw: Tyrion. I get what he's trying to do with the politicking, and he's right, as far as his own reasoning goes. But everything we've seen so far has told us Greyworm is ultimately right. The masters are not going to buy into this. But Tyrion should be smart

From a narrative perspective he's being set up as a tragic figure. The guy that could have been a decent King but through no fault of his own he will be torn to shreds by circumstance

Hah. I don't care what an article says. My eyes tell me it was CGI. Doesn't matter though, it was a beautifully executed scene

She only has her faith in Azhor Whatzizname. That's literally all she has in life. She will grasp at anything that keeps her agenda, and thus her reason for being, afloat.

I'm gonna say something that's a bit heretical round these parts, but I think Harrington actually put in a damn good acting performance this last episode. Maybe it's joining up with Sansa, maybe it's just finally having something other than "iconic honorable guy" to play but he seemed more"present" than he was

So you remember that issue too? It was so embarrassing getting a chubby at Grandmas house when I first saw it. But I Digress.

Question: Is Daario more the worst character in the books or the show?

It's almost as good as the "Helena is about to fuck shit up" screech on Orphan Black.

It was pretty obviously CGI but it doesn't matter, the scene was effective.

We ARE talking about a guy who brags about having sex with a bear. A litteral bear.

Varys is proof that we as a people can tolerate self aware evil in service of better things above truly douchey evil. ( Make your own Hillary/ Trump joke)
