Probably. Why do you hate them both?

I really can't rightly say because I've only read the first eighth of it or so.
All I'll say so far is I liked the first chapter best, and the POV is a teenage rural Florida semi-aboriginal girl, and the fact the book is written in her youthful naive voice is at times a great strength, but so far mostly a weakness.

Our boy Todd VanDerWerff is pretty sure that it is because it held its audience well and AMC has nothing coming down the pipe for another year. To which I say: fuck you the Killing!

Man, I also watched PATHS OF GLORY. I'm working through all Kubrick's stuff in order and I gotta say that this film much better than his previous THE KILLING in my opinion. PATHS is so wonderfully shot and thought out. It might be a little heavy handed in the class criticism, but it still feels brave. And, I never cry…

I fucking saw THAT'S MY BOY. haha I know but I went with the in-laws. Honestly, maybe not as bad as I thought it might have been because there were a few laughs (mostly at Samberg's bachelor party night) and I liked Samberg well enough and some of the guest cast like Will Forte. Having said that, it was VERY VERY BAD.…

Why do you think that??? Defend thyself!!!
I think VEEP has more laugh-a-minute jokes than GIRLS. But GIRLS definitely has a more engrossing narrative and character development.

"reminiscent of The Wild Hunt standout “Kids On The Run.” " Man, I always thought that was the weakest song on the Wild Hunt. I just don't know if he can hack the expanding instrumentation.
