I enjoyed it, too. Not sure if it'll make my personal list or not. It's been a year with a lot of good, but not great, reads, so I'm having trouble deciding what was really my favorite.

I loved Zeitoun. One of my favorites that year. Read Henrietta Lacks this year and was pleasantly surprised (I didn't trust all the hype I'd heard going in).

If that's a Baldwin reference, I wholeheartedly approve.
