I liked the chemistry between Kelly and Shaw. I hope we see Kelly again in a recurring capacity for theft-related episodes like we how we see Zoe for crisis/relationship/political-related episodes.

Great episode, but no Root. Episodes without Root are by definition capped at a B+, so a B isn't bad.

Now all I can think about is what if Elsbeth Tascioni took a little trip to Gulfhaven. She could have gotten Jules her beach wedding for sure.
