Come now, no way Intelligence is worse than Hostages. The first episode of Intelligence was clunky, but no more so than the average network procedural pilot. If Intelligence can be even half as good as Person of Interest, it will be enjoyable.

Don't intend to watch this, but I have to say Laura Vandervoort was one of the best parts of Smallville and one of the few bright spots on V.

I'm a little worried that Anna's rape will be reduced to a plot device to prevent Mary and Gillingham from getting together ("your valet raped my lady's maid!"). If this is a meaningful reflection on a disgusting trauma, however, we all know Joanne Frogatt will act the crap out of it.

Manitoba is the worst.

I also thought it was going to blow up, or that the mafia planted a listening device in the box or something.

Completely disagree. Any show that doesn't have Skye on it is better than Agents of SHIELD.

Diane: "I demand to speak to your manager"
Clerk Lady: "We don't believe in titles here. Everyone is equal"
Diane: "In that case I demand to speak to somebody else"
Clerk Lady: "Heaven, could you come over here?"
Heaven: "Blessed be the day"
Diane: "I'm going to continue to speak with you"
I completely lost it at that

Cougar Town averaged a 0.9 in the 18-49 demo last season. This year Ground Floor has averaged 0.7, so I imagine if Cougar Town can beat that, it will be renewed for a final season. TBS will want to capitalize on these Bill Lawrence synergies while it still can.

If you don't appreciate Amy Acker, you don't appreciate all that is right in this world.

I would give this show some time. I didn't think the first five or so episodes of Person of Interest were particularly good. That show really grew into something special, so I wouldn't be surprised if this one managed to as well.

This actually exists:

As the Big Bad in season 3 maybe? I would pay all the money to watch Maggie Q and Stephen Amell fight.

Craig Silverstein said that they wanted to have Sonya and Percy in the finale but couldn't because of time/scheduling. Lyndie Greenwood at least had a conflict due to Sleepy Hollow.

An amazing send-off for an amazing show. Maggie Q and Melinda Clarke particularly deserve recognition for their brilliant performances.

Probably the best episode title of any series since Homeland's "The Smile"

I think you mean NIKITAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!

I think you're right about Netflix. Streaming is the same reason the Carrie Diaries was renewed despite awful ratings: having more than one season available for streaming makes previous seasons more valuable. They basically want to avoid having shows on Netflix where it is just one season or 22 episodes. Hart of Dixie

NIKITA!!!

At this point I keep telling myself that the next episode will prominently feature the Mother like the season premiere did.

"While Once Upon A Time does have fun occasionally bringing in characters we’re familiar with and offering them a big backstory (like Tinkerbell or Ariel this season), this methodology usually takes up a whole episode and then we’re just left with another random character detracting from our main plotlines."
