I understand your complains. I've seen Twin Peaks (and, for sure, Louie too) and Lynch does a terrific role as Gordon Cole, a near-deaf cop who  temporarily clears with sarcasm the burdens of DEA Agent Dale "I'm fuckin' incredible" Cooper.
I think I'm not the only one who links these two roles. That's why I find his

It's a good episode, not great, but good. However, even if Louie's daughters are amazing, I consider that the supermarket scene is a filler. I'd rather watch another minute of an invisible crowd cheering a magnificent David Lynch (pardon me, "gawwwl").
