I don't know if this was the FIRST misstep, but it was indeed a misstep…

I hope so too. This trailer worried me, though, that we'd be more humor like the first half of season 1 and not the second half…

I was really hoping there was a corner of the AV Club that didn't talk about that show. *sigh*

Yeah, I've seen people using "Drumpf" as if they're actually helping keep Trump out of office. But really, Trump totally ignored John Oliver and the 20-minute bit was actually 20 minutes wasted and now his show has "Drumpf" trademarked for no logical reason.

I really love Lapkus on Comedy Bang Bang, though she works far too blue far too often (as does Horatio Sanz, but I digress…). I only really enjoyed the stripper dancing to "Brick". The Bachelor spoof was just horrid. I feel like this show will be either "love it" or "hate it" as episodes progress. As it was, I hated

I guess what I'm saying is this: We're all told to understand this is a bad idea, yet week after week we have to watch it unfold. I don't particularly want to root for Rebecca. I wouldn't consider her an anti-hero because… well… I don't find her charming, just manipulating. And I know the show is trying to make me

I'll check it out! I'm just worried that after the current plot arc, things will go back to the way they were, still…

*sigh* That was why I stopped watching. I enjoyed the show. I really did. But somehow Valencia is the bad guy, and Rebecca being into Josh still is okay. Now, I hear that the latest episodes are taking bisexual visibility to new levels on television, but that doesn't make up for shortcomings on the shows main premise.

Well, you see, Vandal Savage is a- oh, you mean…

I guess I'm the only one who loved Crazy Ex-Girlfriend when it started but am more and more tired of the premise as the season wears on?

So… why are we talking about Danny Tamberelli? Why do men always have to make things about themselves?

I'm also in that minority. The only part of the sloth trailer I enjoyed was the facial expression, but everything else fell flat.

Weirdly I think Laika gets too much love in regards to the writing in their films. Their animation is amazing though.

The trailer was awful. Still is awful. The film was the best, though! No backlash from me!

But at least his long segments are usually about topics most of the audience has only basic knowledge about, such as food waste or abortion laws in Texas.

This comment section has made me realize that John Oliver's 20 minute segment on Trump was a failure because this "Drumpf" nonsense is turning him into a joke when his racism and ideals are NOT a joke.

*wink wink nudge nudge*

Why must us white people be the ones to call something offensive or racist? Look at the whole Nine Simone debacle.I saw so many white people calling Zoe Saldana's casting and involvement as racist, and then Nina's daughter comes out and says that didn't bug her. So, the outrage was for naught, basically…

Well, he prefaces that line with something like "I know this isn't PC to say, but…" which is realistically how someone would act these days if they said such a statement.

Honestly, I hate to be cynical, but I hope this show does NOT sent a second season. Disney needs to learn how to pull the plug on something that just doesn't work!
