One bit of misdirection I enjoyed was when Skylar took Walt's glasses off in the hospital. The only evidence we had in the flashbacks that Walt had been killed with the pink bear was that his glasses was found with the debris. Made me think for a sec that his family were gonna die while he was under.

Q's performance in this episode was immense, which I think owes a lot to him and the writers on this. They could've very easily played the 'father of a junkie' role in a way we've seen hundreds of times, but the pain in his eyes all the way through the NA meetings and the scene in the cafe… totally heartbreaking
